My focus is on musculo-skeletal health. My goal is to relieve pain, maintain your health and optimize your performance, so you can participate fully in your activities of daily living, your sports and your career. I am an evidence based, pain management chiropractor who is current in the latest medical research.
Dr. Daphne Brown is an evidence based Chiropractor that treats musculoskeletal conditions. She is part of the BC Problem Based Research Network group that is involved in spinal pain research.
She has a Bachelors of Physical Education from UBC (1992) and her Doctor of Chiropractic from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon (1996).
Within her family practice she has a special interest in sports medicine.
Dr. Brown has been living and practicing in Salmon Arm since 1996 where she has enjoyed a healthy lifestyle with her husband and 3 daughters.
Sports Focus
Dr. Daphne Brown enjoys both competitive and recreational sport including triathlon, marathons, skiing, rowing and hiking. She loves to spend time with her family and friends as well as knit and read. She is active in the Larch Hills Nordic ski club as well as SARP ( Shuswap association for rowing and paddling) where she started the rowing club.

Dr. Jourdyne Mason is an evidence-based chiropractor. Her objective is to treat musculoskeletal conditions and educate patients so that they can reach their goals. Her care is patient centered and includes treatment protocols from the latest chiropractic research. Dr. Mason also provides a safe space and inclusive environment for all people of colour and LGBTQIA2S+.
Dr. Mason grew up in the Okanagan and the Kootenays and is excited to call the Shuswap her new home. She loves to be outdoors and surrounded by nature. Outside of the clinic you can find her snowboarding in the winter and cycling and hiking in the summer. She grew up dancing, as well as playing basketball and fast pitch. During the summer of 2017 she biked across Canada from Vancouver, BC, to St. John’s, NL. During her ride she also gave presentations to youth across Canada about the importance of living active and healthy lifestyles as well as bike safety.
Dr. Mason has a Bachelors of Kinesiology from the University of Calgary and graduated magna cum laude from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in June 2020.
